- Communicate understand, and follow oral and written instructions;
- Use an iPad or other electronic communication device;
- Work in a team environment with open communication and collaboration;
- Use of organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary;
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure;
- Demonstrate proper lifting techniques;
- Grasp, reach, and handle objects, tools, and materials;
- Use measuring devices such as tape measure and calipers (digital and manual);
- Use hand/power tools such as cordless drills, air ratchets, wrenches, pliers, and hammers;
- Operate overhead hoists and lift assist equipment;
- Must be able to lift,/push 75 lbs. and pull up to 60lbs.;
- Frequent standing and walking is necessary;
- Occasional sitting, stooping, reaching, or kneeling is required;
- 20/40 vision is required with or without the use of corrective glasses and/or contact lens, as well as normal peripheral vision no less than 70, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.;
- Must comply with all plant safety policies and procedures and any special department safety rules;
- Must be able to wear all required PPE including, but not limited to: safety toed shoes, safety glasses, cut resistant gloves, and hearing protection
